Journey
to You

Dates January 4–14, 2026
Duration 9 Days · 10 Nights
Location Cairo · Aswan · Luxor · Nile

A 9-day immersive retreat through Egypt's most significant ancient sites — designed to recalibrate your nervous system, restore physiological coherence, and return you to a clearer picture of how your body actually functions.

About This Retreat

Ancient sites. Modern nervous system science.

Journey to You is not a history tour. It's a deliberately designed sequence of environments — each chosen for its specific effect on the autonomic nervous system — paired with daily regulation practices, breathwork, sound-based coherence work, and structured integration.

Each site in Egypt's temple sequence carries a distinct physiological signature: the acoustics, scale, geometry, and materials of these spaces create measurable conditions for nervous system downregulation and pattern recognition. We work with them intentionally.

Over 9 days, guided by an expert team, you'll move through environments that support your nervous system's capacity to reset — and leave with a clearer understanding of your own physiological patterns than you arrived with.

The Experience

What awaits you in Egypt

From the oldest ceremonial site on earth to the floating stillness of the Nile — nine days of deliberately sequenced environments designed to work with your nervous system, not against it.

Karnak · Luxor · Dendera

Temple acoustics as nervous system tools

The granite chambers of Egypt's great temples are not incidental architecture. Their scale, geometry and resonant properties create measurable acoustic environments — conditions where the nervous system shifts from arousal toward coherence without effort.

Sound healing sessions led by Nymphaea Yasmina are conducted inside private temple access windows, early morning or after public hours, in spaces that have carried this function for thousands of years.

Aswan · Day 2

Philae — where the water meets the stone

The Temple of Isis at Philae was relocated stone by stone in the 1970s to save it from rising Nile waters. It sits on an island — accessible only by boat — and remains one of the best-preserved temple complexes in Egypt.

We open Day 2 here with a private ceremony at the temple gate before boarding our dahabeya for the six-night Nile sail north toward Luxor.
