These Terms of Service govern your use of the Open Eyed Global website (openeyed.co) and any programme or service offered by Open Eyed Global LLC. By accessing the website or enrolling in any programme, you agree to these terms.
Open Eyed Global LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. All intellectual property — including the NSi methodology, CRI scoring framework, Intelligence Brief format, and all associated systems and outputs — is owned exclusively by Open Eyed Global LLC.
NSi (Nervous System Intelligence) is a nervous system intelligence and tracking service. It is not a medical service, psychiatric treatment, psychological therapy, or clinical diagnosis. Nothing provided through NSi constitutes medical advice or a treatment plan. NSi does not establish a practitioner-patient or doctor-patient relationship.
NSi operates under FDA 2026 General Wellness Software guidance. It has been classified as Likely Not a Device through the FDA Digital Health Policy Navigator.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately. NSi does not replace the guidance of your licensed physician, psychiatrist, or other healthcare provider.
All NSi methodology, scoring frameworks, analytical outputs, report formats, programme structures, and associated intellectual property are the sole and exclusive property of Open Eyed Global LLC. A provisional patent application has been filed with the USPTO.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use your individual reports and outputs for personal health and wellness purposes only. You may not reproduce, publish, commercialise, reverse-engineer, or share any outputs in a way that discloses, approximates, or competes with OEG's proprietary methodology.
Trial programme deposit: The $50 refundable deposit secures your place in the NSi trial cohort. It is refundable in full if you are not accepted. If you withdraw after acceptance, the deposit is non-refundable.
Programme fees: Once your intake form has been submitted and your client profile created, data collection has begun and refunds are not available except as expressly stated in your programme agreement.
Traveler retreats: Refund terms for retreat deposits and balances are set out in the retreat registration agreement and vary by programme.
Open Eyed Global LLC provides its services in good faith and to the best of its ability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Eyed Global LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All NSi methodology, programme structure, and outputs are subject to the NSi Client Non-Disclosure Agreement, which you will be asked to sign upon programme enrolment. The NDA governs your obligations with respect to confidential information received through NSi services.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to binding arbitration administered in Delaware under UNCITRAL arbitration rules unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
For clients based outside the United States, California law applies as an alternative governing framework, with disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
